Since AZDA aspires to be the pioneering agency in the field of translation in the region, we have a firm belief in our team of dedicated in-door translators, which is the backbone of our business. Our team of in-door translators is selected after a well-structured recruitment process that includes: (1) a language/translation test, (2) a CAT Tools basics test, and (3) a personal interview that aims at communicating AZDA’s values, work ethics, professional requirements, and expectations to the selected translator. The team members are professional translators with a minimum in-depth experience of 2-3 years after college graduation. Holding an academic degree in language and translation is a major is a key requirement for joining our team in AZDA.
In order to extend our capabilities in handling big projects, we also manage a strong network of freelancer translators. Our freelancers have over 5 years of experience in translation. They are committed to the quality standards assured by AZDA. One of our project managers handles liaison of the freelancer group to ensure consistency of the terminologies and style used in their translation.
Besides our in-door translators, our team of freelancers includes professional physicians and engineers working in the field of translation. They help us deliver the best quality translation services for technical texts that require in-depth knowledge of the field at hand. Our SMEs also provide advice regarding specialized terminologies that might be used in the projects assigned to us from certain ministries, institutions, corporations, and consulting firms.
In case in-depth AZDA’s analysis of an already-translated project shows that the quality of such a project is too subpar to be edited, AZDA’s project manager will advise the client to retranslate the entire project from scratch. According to the client’s instructions, AZDA’s team will proceed.
